Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
TDI® USA is committed to ensuring that tdiusa.com is accessible to everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or display magnification. We believe that access to clear, accurate information about restoration services should not depend on a visitor’s physical ability or the device they are using.
WCAG 2.1 AA Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA conformance level. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for users with a wide range of disabilities. In practice, that means we work to ensure meaningful text alternatives exist for non-text content, that pages can be navigated without a mouse, that color contrast meets recommended ratios, and that form fields and interactive elements are properly labeled for screen readers.
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checklist. As we update content and add new pages, we evaluate those changes against the same standard.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every area. We are actively working to identify and resolve gaps, and we prioritize fixes that affect the most commonly used pages and features of the site. If you encounter a barrier before we do, please let us know — your report directly informs what we address next.
How to Report an Accessibility Issue
If any part of tdiusa.com is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it. You can reach us through any of the following:
- Email: rob@tdiusa.com
- Phone: (916) 966-6000
- Mail: TDI® USA, 701 Del Paso Road, Sacramento, CA 95834
When you contact us, please describe the page or feature you were trying to use and what happened. That context helps us reproduce the issue and address it accurately.
Our Response Commitment
We are committed to acknowledging accessibility reports promptly and to providing a substantive response — whether that is a fix, a workaround, or a clear timeline — within a reasonable window. For urgent situations where inaccessible content is preventing you from obtaining information you need right away, calling us directly is the fastest path to assistance. Our team can provide information by phone that may be difficult to access on the site while a reported issue is being resolved.
Third-Party Content
Some content embedded on this site — such as mapping tools or third-party scheduling widgets — is provided by external services and may not be fully within our control. We select third-party tools with accessibility in mind and will flag known issues to those providers, but we cannot guarantee conformance for content we do not author directly.
