Privacy Policy

What This Policy Covers

This privacy policy explains how TDI® USA collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. It applies to visitors who contact us through our contact form, request an estimate, or browse our site. If you are a California resident, additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) apply to you — those are described below.

Information We Collect

When you fill out a contact or estimate request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. We may also collect basic, anonymized analytics data — such as which pages were visited and how long a session lasted — through standard website analytics tools. This data contains no personally identifying information and is used only to understand how the site is performing.

We do not use tracking pixels, sell advertising, or build behavioral profiles.

How We Use Your Information

The information you submit is used for one purpose: to help you. That means responding to your inquiry, scheduling an on-site estimate, coordinating scope-of-work documentation, and — when you authorize it — communicating with your insurance carrier on your behalf. We do not use your contact details for marketing lists or automated email campaigns.

Insurance coordination is handled only with your explicit authorization, typically through the signed work-authorization form that governs the service relationship. We share only what your carrier needs to process your claim.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only circumstances under which your information leaves TDI® USA are:

  • Insurance carriers and adjusters, when you have authorized us in writing to coordinate on your behalf.
  • Subcontractors or specialty vendors brought in as part of your approved scope of work, limited to what they need to perform their portion of the job.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements, if we are compelled by law to disclose information.

No third-party data brokers. No advertising networks.

Retention

We retain contact and project records for as long as is reasonably necessary for business, legal, and insurance documentation purposes. If you would like your information removed and there is no active legal or insurance obligation requiring us to keep it, you can request deletion by contacting us directly.

Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request that it be deleted, and opt out of any sale of that information. Because we do not sell personal data, the opt-out right is already satisfied by default. To exercise your right to access or deletion, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days.

A Note on GDPR

TDI® USA operates exclusively within California and does not target services to residents of the European Union. GDPR is unlikely to apply to interactions with this site. If you believe you have a GDPR-related concern, contact us and we will address it in good faith.
